I started to feel a little bad as I did this because I had read so many of the early books on the list, but then I felt like less of a dork later when I came across many that I hadn't read. And then I felt even dumber when I couldn't figure out how to underline. I eventually figured it out and felt even sillier.Instructions: Bold the ones you've read, italicize the ones you might read, cross out the ones you won't, underline the ones on your book shelf, and place parentheses around the ones you've never even heard of.

The Handmaid's Tale - Margaret Atwood
Even though I had already read this book, I had nightmares after I saw the movie. It was filmed on Duke's campus and I watched it in class as a freshman. It is particularly disturbing to see some of the events of this movie take place where you live.
