Please advise

Just to give you all yet another opportunity to use your excellent senses of humor and abilities to mock me, I offer a current thought.

For whatever reason (not the important part), I have been remembering my dreams a lot lately. They all seem to have something in common. Of course, it isn't something obviously symbolic or excessively common (because I'm not nearly normal enough for either of those options.) Instead, it is something odd.

All of the dreams that I remember lately take place in T stations. (Last night was Porter Square.) Sometimes, I am having important conversations there. Sometimes I am chasing someone. Sometimes I am running from something. Sometimes I just need to take the T. In any case, all of the salient action takes place in T stations. This is particularly odd since I ride the T about twice a week. So, what do you think? Do I have some sort of deep psychological connection to public transportation, or do I just need to get out more?

Is T for train?

I agree with flying spaghetti's freudian interpretation. I think that what you actually meant, instead of "get out more", was "get more".

Momma...yes, yes I do.

Boo...The T is Boston's subway system. I think T technically stands for transit, but train and trolley also work.

Spaghetti...You've been commenting here for the longest time and I figured out who you are YESTERDAY. Oops. I'm really smart.

As for your and Mike's suggestion....you may be entirely right. But do you really think the RED LINE is the line to go with?

I agree, you need to get out more often.
*smooch* to Iggy.

web counters are dangerous things.

The redline wouldn't be a bad choice, it is just busy.

The green line is dirty.

I don't know much about the blue line

the silver line is a fraud

I'm sure that the orange line is not associated with consensual sex.

Even before looking at the comments, I pretty much agreed with spaghetti. I don't know who spaghetti is, but I have a theory. Maybe you could PM me to confirm?

My objection to the red line had more to do with seat configuration, actually. I completely agree with your assessment of the orange line, but I am slightly confused about the green: are we saying dirty is a bad thing??

As far as the blue line is concerned...it DOES go to Wonderland, you know.

Mock away...

It's not like all of these "theories" are entirely realistic, anyhow.

I agree with thems up there. I thought train dreams were supposed to imply something about sex. You know, long, sleek objects going through tunnels and all that. *grin*

*points and laughs at Iggy*
also quick note, if you take the flying Spaghetti person up on their suggestion, please use any line but the red line. There are enough delays on that thing already.

BTW, I wonder if my new flying spagetti monster t-shirt has arrived yet.

T, which rhymes with P and that stands for pool.... Clearly, you need to go play pool or something, and clearly, I revealed that I know an alarming amount of musical theater lyrics....
