Addendum to previous rant...
So there are three third year graduate students in our lab. One took 2+ months off last summer when he got married. One goes on vacation relatively often (and is currently in Italy with his girlfriend for a week.) I occasionally take a long weekend, but I am actually under the amount of time that I can take for a vacation, unlike most of the other grad students that I know. How is it that I might get burned here for taking one day off this week? This so sucks.
